BOZZA: da far rivedere a un legale prima del lancio · DRAFT: to be reviewed by a lawyer before launch

Condizioni d'uso

Giocando accetti queste condizioni.

4. L'account e i tuoi eroi

6. Quello che crei e carichi

7. Segnalazioni e moderazione

Come segnalare. 16):

  1. perché il contenuto è illegale o vietato;
  2. dove si trova: il codice del tavolo e, se puoi, l'ora del messaggio o il nome del file;
  3. il tuo nome e la tua email (non servono per segnalare abusi sessuali su minori);

L'unica moderazione automatica (regolamento UE 2022/2065, art.

Terms of use

Draft 2026-10-17.5 · apply to the game on the public server

1. Who we are

The game is run by Lorenzo Nannicini, sole proprietorship, Via Ferdinando Tacca 4, 59100 Prato (PO), Italy, VAT IT02583190463. Single point of contact, also for authorities and for notices: [email address to be created], in Italian or English.

By playing you accept these terms. Purchases are also governed by the terms of sale; your data by the privacy notice.

2. The game

3. Age

You must be at least 14 to play on the public server. The public server is not allowed under 14 (why: in the privacy notice, §8); at home, with the self-hosted game, the family decides [to be confirmed with the lawyer]. If you are under 18, purchases are made or allowed by a parent. Public tables are open to strangers: a parent should know that.

Safeguards for under-18s. The game admits teenagers from 14, and for them there is:

4. The account and your heroes

5. At the table and in chat

A table is made of people. It is not allowed to:

The table host can mute, remove and ban players, close the table and change its rules: these are the host's tools, used under the host's responsibility.

6. What you create and upload

7. Notices and moderation

How to report. Anyone, including people who don't play, can report content they consider illegal or against these terms by writing to [email address to be created] [and with the «Report» button in the game, to be built]. So that we can act, the notice should state (Regulation (EU) 2022/2065, Art. 16):

  1. why the content is illegal or forbidden;
  2. where it is: the table code and, if you can, the time of the message or the file name;
  3. your name and email (not needed to report child sexual abuse);
  4. that what you write is, in good faith, accurate and complete.

We confirm receipt and then tell you what we decided. A person decides, diligently and objectively; we don't use automated systems to decide on notices.

The only automated moderation (Regulation (EU) 2022/2065, Art. 14(1)): in the custom creation, before payment, the description and photo you upload go through OpenAI's automated moderation (omni-moderation-latest) and an automated image check, which may reject the request (for example if it depicts a real person or someone else's character). If you disagree, write to us: a person reviews the request. Nowhere else in the game does an automated system remove content; the AI master has its own filters on the story it writes, not on what you write.

What we can do. In proportion to the seriousness: remove a message or a file, close a table, remove a table from the public list, block access from your browser or address for a time or permanently. If we do, we explain why (Art. 17): what we removed, on which rule or law, how you can contest it. We tell you in the game or at the email of the notice; if we have no way to reach you, the explanation is available by writing to us. A block does not take away what you bought: [to be decided with the lawyer: proposed, the content stays yours and usable from another table or in the self-hosted game; only for serious violations, a refund and the end of the contract].

If you disagree write to us: a person reviews the decision again. You can always go to court and, for digital services in Italy, to the Communications Authority (AGCOM), the Digital Services Coordinator.

Danger to people. If content makes us suspect a crime threatening someone's life or safety, we report it to the authorities (Art. 18).

8. AI-generated content

9. Your AI keys

10. Rights in the game

The game's code, graphics, texts and models are ours or used under licence (credits). SRD 5.2.1 material is licensed under Creative Commons Attribution 4.0. You may not copy or resell the game's content outside the game unless its licence allows it.

11. Liability

12. If these terms change

We change them only for a reason: a law or an authority's decision, the security of the service or of players, a feature added or removed, a provider changing its terms. If we change them in a way that matters, we tell you in the game at least 15 days before they apply [to be confirmed]. If you disagree you can stop playing, delete the account and ask us to delete your data. A change does not make content you already bought worse: if it did, the Consumer Code remedies apply (Art. 135-vicies semel: we tell you first and you can withdraw and get a refund).

13. Law and courts

Italian law applies, without taking away the protections of the country where you live. For disputes with a consumer, the courts of the consumer's place of residence have jurisdiction.
